Facility Maintenance Manager - Currently Hiring

Location: Hollister

Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt

The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for consistently maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the Hollister Yard, loading and unloading fertilizer, pesticide and other products and deliver inter-company product transfers to other locations. The Facility Maintenance Manager may also assist in production needs and other tasks as assigned. Must have a clean CA Class A CDL, ability to operate a forklift and ability to speak Spanish enough to assist with pulling an order. See our ad in the Hollister Freelance!

Director of Fleet Operations - Currently Hiring

Location: Salinas

Status: Full Time, Exempt

The Director of Fleet Operations manages the operation and maintenance of a combined 500 or more equipment assets both owned and leased across 3 locations. The Director of Fleet Operations primarily coordinates repair and fabrication of equipment, supervises employees who maintain, repair and service all vehicles and maintains the electronic database of fleet information using Fleetmate. Must have maintenance and supervisory experience, clean driving record.

Tractor Driver - Opening Soon

Location: Salinas, Greenfield or Hollister

Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Tractor Drivers are responsible for the timely and precise application of various fertilizers using various implements of husbandry. Tractor drivers may do listing, sidedress applications, spreading, rototilling and more on a variety of crops and soil types. This position requires a clean CA Class A CDL.
